Fukuoka, Japan Day 18: YUI Stalker Trip Part.1

First part of YUI Stalker trip will be Fukuoka, second would be Kamakura :P 

If you follow my tweets, last.fm, youtube or if you're someone I know personally i.e. friend, you would notice that I'm a huggggeeeee YUI fan :D
So of course, how could I miss out a YUI Stalker trip when I'm in Japan?!

Gathering all the informations on the YUI Stalker locations from YLs that I know, I embarked on this journey stalking all the location YUI has been to in her hometown Fukuoka. All photos that I took of the said locations will be accompanied by screencaps evidence from YUI videos :P

Left Miyajima Island this morning and took the shinkansen from Hiroshima to Hakata Station about one hour away. Stayed in Khaosan Fukuoka, located about 10 - 15 minutes walk away from Hakata Station. Pretty good stay except for the annoying shower which requires you to press on it every half a minute for the water to run.

After checking in and rested for abit, went to look for lunch. When you're in Fukuoka, you'll have to look for their local speciality ramen, the Tonkotsu Ramen! Super yummy pork bone soup ramen and of coz if you're a YUI fan and you're in Fukuoka, you'll have to look for Shin Shin Ramen :P The ramen place with artiste signatures plastered everywhere.

Shin Shin Ramen is somewhere near Tenjin Station. Tenjin Station is also the place where YUI used to perform street lives before she debuted. But when I went there, they have already renovated the place :(
Oh btw, I bought a 500 yen one-day pass for subway ride when I was here. Great option if you're gonna take the subway more than twice a day :D This pass can be purchased from the fare machines in the station.

After ramen, I took the subway to Tojinmachi Station, where Yahoo Dome is. Yahoo Dome is actually a baseball field, but YUI performed a short live in here before for one of the Yume Chika shows back in her "From Me To You" days.

And last stop for today, Ohorikoen or Ohori Park. Which was also "featured" in the documentary xD

Besides the fact that YUI has been here, it's just an ordinary park where people walk their dogs, jogs and bring their kids out.

Too tired and went back to rest for the day.
