Out Today

I had to take the car for service today so it meant a visit to McDonalds while I waited and some time in the car showroom waiting area. This is my usual routine when the car is serviced. Someone was buying a new car. The McDonalds is inside an Asda so I had a wander round there too, a gigantic 24 hour opening Asda although at present it is only open 7 am to Midnight.

I had a bacon roll which was very nice as bacon rolls go and a hashbrown and a cup of coffee and the receipt shows the Eat Out to Help Out deduction of 50%. It was a very pleasant McDonalds experience with each table now in its own little capsule. The food was good. I don't normally like bacon unless I do it at home myself but this was really good.

It has rained almost all afternoon. I came to life after I got home and started to clean the utility room. I still find that I start chores in the evening just like I did when I went out to work and during the day when I could do them now, I don't.
